Dr. Ulrich Pluta joined IBM's Global Healthcare & Life Sciences team in May 2010 responsible for healthcare thought leadership, business development and sales support across North East and Central Europe.
He has got over ten years of international experience in eHealth Policy, Telemedicine and Health ICT strategies and projects.
Before joining IBM, Dr. Pluta was Chief Medical Officer at T-Systems and Business Development Director Healthcare at Oracle Corporation.
He is a qualified physician with a background in cardiothoracic surgery and lives with his family in Cologne, Germany.
